Bring your game face and a positive attitude! Remember that we all started with a first class and while it can be intimidating to walk through the doors for the first time, know that you will feel proud walking out of them 45 mins later. We recommend bringing water, and we will provide you with a towel to borrow for cleaning (and SWEAT, of course!) If possible, getting to class 10-15 minutes ahead of time is recommended so that you have time to talk with the trainer and sign your waiver. We are really excited to share in your journey and can’t wait to meet you.
You will need to download the app ‘Vagaro’ and create a profile. Search ‘Sweat Fit Naples’ under fitness, once you find us- bookmark it. Go to memberships, and put the ‘Class Pass’ in your cart and check out. This will apply your week trial to your profile. Now you are able to go to the schedule tab and sign yourself into class!

You will receive ONE FREE WEEK to come try us out! We know you’ll love and and want to stay. You can click on the ‘Book Now’ link above or download the ‘Vagaro’ app on your smart phone to get your membership started.
We do not offer beginner or advanced level classes. We meet you where you are in your fitness journey and while every class is designed to be difficult, we understand that not everyone is at the same level of fitness. Our first priority is your safety! We are trained to provide different levels to make each work out accessible for anyone. We strongly advise clients with ANY injury to notify the trainer prior to class so they are able to give appropriate modifications.
With a parent signed waiver, our minimum age is 16 to participate solo in class. Younger than 16 can participate in class with their parent. We will also from time to time offer special Kid Classes, so watch out for those for the littles!
Yes, under most circumstances! With your doctor’s approval, we are happy to give you pregnancy modifications throughout your pregnancy so that you can still participate in class. Please let your trainer know right away so we can work together on keeping baby and mama safe
No. We do however have a small area in the front of the studio with benches. If your child will remain there for the duration of the class, they are welcome to sit and watch. We have provided toys for them to play with during your workout.
If group training is not your thing, or you want some one on one before jumping into a class- we do offer personal training. Contact us for more info or to schedule a session.
Your safety is our number one priority. During your workout, all equipment is sanitized after each use.

The studio is facing Vanderbilt Beach Road, just west of Collier Blvd In the Vanderbilt Commons Plaza.
Each class is approximately 45 mins long. This includes a warm-up, HIIT workout, and cool down. Please be on time. Anyone that misses warm-up will not be allowed to workout during that specific class time.
